Chris with Flooring America was very knowledgeable in the product options he brought over to our home. He made the selection and scheduling process very smooth, quickly and easy. We wanted the floors done before the holiday & Chris ensured his team would get it done. We have been working with Tony and had LVT installed in our guest suite (2 bedrooms, bathroom & hallway). Tony was extremely helpful in the selection process, bringing samples and helping us match the existing flooring in other parts of our home. He then measured and put in the order. Within 2 weeks, the crew was on site and the flooring we selected was installed. It looks great. We were so impressed, we called Tony back and are having the old laminate in our master suite replaced too.

Chris Paratore was our flooring specialist. He came to our home with numerous samples to help us make a decision on our flooring. He was on time. Showed lots of patience while our selections were being made and took measurements. Every thing was completed by time he left. I would highly recommend Chris Paratore to everyone. He went above & beyond with selections, helpful information and much more.
The install team we were very fortunate to have was the absolute best!! They were on time every day. Worked very hard, cleaned up keeping the workspace tidy. They were kind and courteous. Stayed on schedule. Did an excellent job start to finish. From moving furniture to protecting other surfaces. Excellent, top quality workmanship. I would highly recommend using them.

My consultant, Rhonda Varden, made me feel comfortable while making the difficult decision on which flooring I wanted. She is highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing is competitive and I especially appreciate that My Flooring America carries American made products. The contracted installers were respectful of my property and were thorough and quick.
