Denton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Called dealership looking for a specific make and model Chrysler. Spoke to Mark Roberts in sales for about 30 minutes.
Decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership.
Mark was a great salesman and never felt pressured by him during our time at the dealership. We agreed to trade in valve and price of new vehicle. When I went to finance I was provided all my extra options with no pressure. I knew what I wanted extra and nothing more. My finance guy never pressured or try to up sell me. He answered my questions and was able to sign and drive quickly.
Vehicle was detailed and gassed up.
The entire staff was polite and professional.
I’ll see y’all again when I go through my midlife crisis and purchase a hellcat.

Service was great! I was in for an oil change/recall notice on my 2022 Ram and I was out of there in just over an hour. Samantha Taylor was my service advisor. She was very upbeat and had a great attitude, especially for a Saturday morning. As I waited for my truck I could hear her checking in other customers, and I noticed she kept the same great attitude and enthusiasm with EVERY customer she spoke with. That's tough to do in any line of work.

Great service. Fast. Waiting area has outside seating as well as inside, water, and a fancy coffee machine. The snack bin was empty. All in all a great oil change.

Update: still great service but they need more parking.

Great customer service in the repair center. Had my rental ready, explained my daughter was ill and could not have rental back right away when they called, and he understood and showed real human feelings, even asked how my daughter was doing when I picked up the vehicle. I would give 6 stars if I could
