My husband and I worked with Bonnie and Les to buy our first home. We closed on the house last week and enjoyed the process start to finish. Bonnie knew the market in our target area thoroughly. The house we visited first was a house we hadn’t sent her, she went out on a limb, and it’s actually the house we bought! She took what we were looking for and applied it to other homes we hadn’t chosen to see - it worked very well. The two of them know so much about houses and taught us lots along the way. They’re thorough and look out for their clients. They also have familiarity with lenders, builders, etc which allows them to speak into recommendations. I’m not sure the review mentioning either of them being beligerant or whatever else it said, could be true.

We worked with Susan Cooksey to buy our very first home and she was amazing! She and everyone else on staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs to buy, sell, or lease a home.
