  Have been going to Dr. Mcguinnes for years and he and staff have always been attentive to my needs and respond professionally to my questions. Totally great experience for what otherwise can be a uncomfortable visit.

  I have been seeing Dr. McGuinnis now for many many years for skin cancer. I grew up a redhead and time where there wasn’t anything you could put on your skin to keep from getting burned. Dr. McGuinnis is kind, polite, very professional, and has an excellent bedside manner. He is also very gentle wise and careful.
  I hope he never retires because he’s one of the nicest, right on point doctors that I have ever had! Every year he takes care of any pre-cancerous situations that he sees and if they prove to be cancer he takes care of those two I am very happy with this office in flower mound and highly suggest to choose this office for your every skin care need!

  I noticed immediately every one of office staff was polite and businesslike when I came in on May 3rd.. I don't know who took my appointment awhile back but I didn't see her. She was definitely difficult, by insisting I use Dr. LAUREN HUGHES, again. I even went so far as saying I will try another Dr. Office if I can't change doctors.I thought it was weird... I actually gave up and just said make my appointment, then I walked outside and called and finally got in with Dr. MCGUINESS. But the good news is I'm impressed with everyone now. My appointment was at 5:30 but had to wait around 45 minutes , but I know that happens with late appointments. Dr. MCGUINESS was very apologetic. He seems very thorough. Shoutout to Jillian, she was very helpful and nice

  Dr McGuiness is extremely thorough and has been our dermatologist for approximately 25 years. We would not go to anyone else.

  As a frequent patient of Dr. Mcguiness, I've been very pleased by his "Doctor" "Patient" relationship during examination and treatments. His staff in both the front end and those who have assisted him in the patient room have all been very professional. I would definitely recommend his practice for the service he offers in dermatology.
