(January 4, 2023, 10:45 am)I took my daughter here recently and we were brought to a room Al most right away. Were able to register online in advance for an appointment time. The staff was so friendly and gave us timely updates during the process. They even offered snacks since we were there near dinner time. I will be coming here for all my urgent care needs in the future

(December 26, 2022, 4:02 pm)I’ve been here multiple times over the years with a family of seven. Not once have I had a bad experience. We’ve always been handled in a timely manner (today we were in & out in under an hour). The nurses & doctors are caring and mindful not do procedures or prescribe medication just for the heck of it. Plus, the billing dept has been a breeze when I’ve needed itemization. I wish all doctor offices operated this way!

It was a bummer I had to go to urgent care but my experience at this place was so pleasant that I am healing even faster as I’m in such good spirits. Thank you iCare team!

My mind is at ease knowing we have a dependable, reliable, and amazing urgent Care so close to home. The facility was exceptionally clean and all covid protocols were in place. (September 20, 2022, 12:12 pm)We came to visit our son for the weekend. I ended up picking up some bug. I have a unique medical condition, so I worry new medical providers will not understand.
I made an appointment online, and when we got there we were checked in very quickly. The waiting room was amazing and that it had chairs that provided an outlet for your phone to charge. They also offered what appeared to be some coffee and tea.
When I was called back, Cord was amazing. He was patient with me when I had to look up my health information. The care provider was efficient and knowledgeable. He was aware of my health condition and explained in detail what his care plan was.
