My Name is Eddie Taps and i live in building 12 of this Apartment Complex. Great complex, great amenities.

Management has been fabulous since the moment i moved in here from New York over a year ago, led by Katie, she and her team have been terrific in every way. A shout out to Tamika for all her help as well.

The entire Maintenance Team led by Ray also deserves special praise as they have always done great work and respond quickly.

I highly recommend these apartments to anyone in the market for one.

I came down from Houston in hopes to look for a new apartment. I came across this property and wanted to check it out. I called to see if they were taking appointments and had to pleasure to speak with Jennifer. She took me on a tour of this beautiful property and simply loved it. Jennifer you are a rockstar! If anyone wants amazing customer service ask for Jennifer!

I absolutely love this complex. I have been here for a year and had nothing but a positive experience. The office staff is beyond professional and very friendly. The complex is beautiful and a lot of amenities. Highly recommend!

Tracie and her team are absolutely amazing. We have been here for 2 years and we’re going to move into a house but the house we wanted sold very fast causing us to resign a new lease. It was amazing how they worked with us during the process and one thing i love is how quick and responsive she (Tracie) is, even after hours. Very friendly neighbors to the point where this feels like an actual neighborhood despite it being an apartment complex. I 💯 vouch for this complex. We’re going to miss it when we move out but will always have great memories. The pool by the way is the best maintained pool in all of Frisco guaranteed.
