I've had problems before and Jack has always rectified the problem immediately. Since Covid Milano has had difficulties as we all have, but they have bounced back with a vengeance ! There are few companies you can count on these days. I assure you this is one of the few. I am a man and wear a 23" piece as I have long hair and this new piece is beautiful. Keep rockin Jack You guys are the best !! I won't go anywhere else.
