(April 5, 2022, 9:33 pm)We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday through Monday. We reserved a full hookup site nearest the hiking trails. We were very close to restrooms and cabins and the hiking trails started only a few hundred feet away. The trails were well maintained and easy to follow. Our three dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay and daily walks. No parking on the grass. Lots of campers brought their dogs and all were leashed and friendly. It was perfect!

(March 22, 2022, 10:32 am)This has more of a state park feel than an RV park. The spaces are not concrete slabs 10 feet apart, but are spacious, with lovely views of the lake. We especially loved seeing the flock of wild turkeys roaming the area. Can't wait to come back!
