  The quality is great. Wait time was very short. There was a snag with the first run but they corrected immediately. Everyone was always very helpful when in the store. Very happy to have a storefront to walk in! I would highly recommend!

  You guys are absolute experts - everything I wanted to do, you had great suggestions, and I couldn't possibly be happier with the result. They look fantastic. And I only had two t-shirts printed, still I was treated wonderfully.

  Great Experience! Made an order for my job and it turned out great. Communication was fast and great customer service. Had no issues and order was even done days before original pick up day. Definitely recommend them!

  GREAT customer service! It's been a long time since I've seen the owner, Chris, but as soon as I walked in the door, he and his staff turned up the ol' customer service meter to 11. You can't get this kind of service at a big box custom t-shirt shop. Chris and his staff are the reason I will always support local small businesses.

  I would definitely return to Big Frog for my t-shirt needs.
  
  I called Big Frog a few minutes before they were about to close and spoke to a very patient young man named Trevor. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and reassured me they'd be able to assist me with my expedited order.
  
  I went into Big Frog on the morning of June 20th (Monday) and needed a t-shirt project complete before leaving town on June 23rd (Thursday) at noon. Trevor was available to help me in the store and walked me through the types of t-shirts and prints that would be best for what I wanted to do. Additionally, the t-shirt brand and style I chose were unavailable in-store; however, Big Frog was able to order the t-shirt from a nearby warehouse.
  
  Lo' behold, bright and early that Thursday morning, I received a call from Big Frog letting me know my shirt was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the courteous staff. I retrieved my purchase and was VERY pleased with the results. Trevor and the team enhanced my image and tailored it to fit my needs. The project was a success, and I'll be back for future projects.
