Jack Maxwell, DO

Jack Maxwell is the best Doctor I have ever had and as he puts it I've been around the sun a few times. Great Doctor and great facility.

Dr Maxwell has consistently provided a caring and welcoming environment, and is always willing to answer questions and provide guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The staff at Lake Cities Medical Center are also very helpful and know how to address insurance and other issues very well. I would definitely recommend Dr Maxwell and his staff for your medical needs and well being.

As a new patient, Dr. Jack Maxwell took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. Rather than simply writing a prescription, he incorporated medicine, referred me to a life coach, recommended a self-help book which I just bought, and recommended reading Psalm 103. Dr. Maxwell showed compassion and genuinely cared about my overall well-being.

I've been a patient of Lake Cities Medical and Highland Family Medical (both offices of Dr Maxwell & Dr Glaser) for 34 years. I have always been pleased w/ their service (including the staff members). They have always treated me & my family w/ respect, and made me/us feel totally comfortable, and genuinely well cared for. The ONLY negative is, Dr Jack & Dr Stephen, are possibly "nearing" retirement time (not for sure); but it will be SUCH a bummer, when that time comes, and I have to find a new PCP. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
