Bill Nelson Team is a blessing. The realtor was referred to me by someone that is very trusted in the financial business. I phoned him and Mrs. Nelson and was told someone would contact me to help sell the house. This turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but Bill staff surpassed our expectations. On the first visit, Tara McClendon had a solid plan to sell the home. She left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare the home to show. Once we completed the walk through and the contract was sign Lindsay contacted us.
Lindsay Sokora contacted us to let us know it was on the internet and have received several offers. They are top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers The property was listed on several sites and had many inquiries.
We were kept informed of all visits to the property and all internet inquiries. The staff was very easy to deal with and the house was sold fairly quickly with no issues, she kept the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions. She was always upbeat.

Bill Nelson and his Team sold our home in ONE WEEK! This was our first time in selling a home so we were a bit nervous. Bill had a professional photographer take photos for our listing.
