I Love Mike & Glen, very easy to get into a vehicle, and even better with working with you if you have any issues with your car! They always work with me when i run into any payment issues and they are just sweet and personable all around!!
I've had my car since july it's never broken down, i've only had to have the battery replaced which they helped me with!!
These are the good guys. I'm on my second vehicle with them and couldn't be more pleased. Send a text message and get an instant response. Make a phone call and get it answered. Have an issue with your purchase and get it resolved (like my suburban retaliating against my vacation in the Ozark Mountains).
FiveNDrive is a buy here pay here formatted dealer that I live an hour from, but they have automatic draft and payments are truly effortless.
It is almost ridiculous the level these guys will go to in making certain their customer has 100% satisfaction. I think it is because of the whole law enforcement (police) veteran thing and HONOR IS JUST PART OF THEIR DNA. As an ARMY vet, I can appreciate that.
Bottom line is: if you're thinking buy here pay here, give these guys a call. If Glen and Mike don't have what you want, they'll get it. They did it for me and they'll do it for you too. I bought my first vehicle "AS IS" per Texas Law and they didn't have to help me like they did. That did not prevent them from being heroes. It is a wonderful thing to encounter people that have the same pride in their work as I have in mine.
