(April 19, 2021, 10:27 am)I've been going to Ernesto's for over 5 years now and I've yet to have a bad meal. The service can suffer at times, but the food makes up for it. It's a great restaurant and I'd recommend it to anyone.

(March 28, 2021, 9:26 am)We loved their food from the fresh chips and salsa to the mango margaritas 🍹 it was excellent! We shared the sampler platter and were pleased with our choice. My favorite on it was the beef fajita nachos, large chunks of fajita meat covered in melted cheese, yum yum! So take it from two west Texas cowgirls who know their Mexican food, you won't be disappointed with this restaurant.

(March 24, 2021, 11:54 pm)The food is great. Unfortunately, they messed up our to go order this time, which we didn't discover until we got home. What was supposed to be a taco salad with fajita chicken turned into a chicken fajita salad; not what my mother-in-law was looking for.
Maybe they'll get that 5th star back, next time.
