I was suddenly having an issue with house flies swarming around especially in the kitchen. It had been happening for 2 weeks & it was a mystery as to why. A different service simply told me to get a fly light, instead of doing the hard work to help me get to the root cause. I am so grateful to have a relationship with Dancan. They sent a manager out to do a more thorough inspection & I am already seeing a significant decrease in the flies & I am confident he found the root of the issue!!!

Stetson was awesome as well. He was professional and took care to ensure all actions were taken in a careful manner. He took the time to explain what actions he was taking when I asked questions and never gave me the impression I was bothering or hindering his work. He and Joshua worked well together, and I could tell both took pride in their work. Stetson exhibits great customer service skills and I really appreciate it.

Quick, courteous, professional and would highly recommend. I have been extremely pleased with Dancan. They always keep my home bug free, and somehow always leave it better than when they entered.
