As a martial arts school that has trained 2 of my children, boy and girl, myself and my wife, it surpasses expectation. There is a time for fun and games, and time for seriousness. The instructors are there to help both children and adults be more dangerous on demand.

Absolutely hands down the best martial arts school in the dfw area. The way owner/instructor Chris teaches is top notch and it’s not all about him and look what I have done like most owner/ master instructors at other martial arts schools. He is all about empowering the community and learning the correct way to defend yourself!!!

Such an amazing place to encourage and teach our kids. We started 3 years ago and have been so impressed with the classes that I joined the adult class and now my son and I have started the competition sparring class. If you are looking for practical martial arts taught from caring instructors - then this is the place for you.

We have seen so much growth in our 7 yo son in the past 6 months. ❤️ He has become stronger, faster, and more confident with every practice!
