(October 19, 2020, 4:00 pm)What I love is the fact that Dr. Cruz actually talks to me. She is thorough and doesn’t forget anything lol. I am older and grew up at a time when this was the norm. Now the norm is in an out...before they say “Hello Nona,” they have to look at my chart to remember my name. I laugh because I get it...they are busy and over booked. But with Dr. Cruz, she remembers my name and we have meaningful conversations. I’m glad I listened to my daughter and changed doctors.
