Chris Marshall - State Farm Insurance Agent

Chris and Ivanka have been my state farm agents for about 12 years now, and my parent's 8 years before that. Whenever I've called them with issues, it's taken care of, no fuss, no back and forth. If you want to work with good people that take pride in what they do, I suggest you give them a call.

State Farm has been our insurance provider for home, auto and personal article policy for many years....for more than 30 years. In the first 25 years, we really never met our agent and he made no attempt to get to know us. We always dealt with the Office Manager Joyce and she was great. So one year she decides to retire. I had met Chris through another friend and I really liked him. He was very personable easy to get along with and really liked his work. Since I had no real connection with the other State Farm agent once Joyce had left, I switched to Chris Marshalls office. Best decision we ever made regarding our family insurance. Chris and Ivanka are always ready to help and are very open with options and ways to save money. I highly recommend switching to Chris Marshall if you want an agent who cares about having your business and taking care of the entire family.

State Farm is the only auto insurance I have ever used and over the years I have had several agents, but Chris Marshall has by far been the best. I moved the management of my insurance to his office several years ago after my former agent's office had grown significantly and lost the 'personal touch'. Chris and Ivanka have provided a very personalized experience and I've certainly kept them busy with all my Jeeps. They recognize me when I walk in the door, they help me explore options to find the best rates, and they are proactive (they call me when they find an issue, well before it becomes a problem).
