The menu has significantly fewer choices which is not necessarily a bad thing. All the classic Chili's items are still offered. Beware- they bring you chips and salsa without it being ordered and then it shows up on the bill. Chips and salsa are not included in the cost of your meal.

Actually went to the Kroger which is The Best in the area. I just love the buster and the fresh fruit there. Great service 👏 and beautiful location 👏

It was, first and foremost, WAY TO CROWDED!
Starting with, trying to find a parking space in 105 degree Texas sunlight in July!
Then walking the long distance from your car to the front door!
Finally! Getting inside the door!!
Only to be confronted with WALL TO WALL people!!! (Some wearing masks! Some not!)
Bar FULL! Surrounded by huge TV screens and nothing but SPORTS playing, and adding to the mind-numbing BACKGROUND NOISE!
And all you did was walk in!

You are promptly greeted! Put on a wait list, or seated immediately, depending on the number in your party

The staff, wearing t-shirts that say "I love my job!", are "On it!" everywhere!
Being HELPFUL! (To their customers, as well as, fellow staff members, in need of a hand with their's)
BEING ATTENTIVE!
Honoring all special requests without appearing annoyed!
SMILES! SMILES! SMILES!

HOWEVER, I could not enjoy my meal there, because this place was WAY TOO BUSY!
WAY TOO CROWDED!
WAY TOO NOISY!

In case of FIRE:
I WOULD BE SCARED TO DEATH!

Especially, if I were in the back, on the other side of the bar!

So, it really wouldn't be fair for me to comment on the food, because after I left, I could hardly tell you what I ate! I was do overwhelmed with the sheer VOLUME of the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!

BUT, apparently, it didn't leave me with:
"That was awful!"

And I can't honestly say,
"I'll never go back!"
I probably WILL!
But NOT BETWEEN 4pm - 7pm!
Just to crowded a chaotic!

And LAST but NOT LEAST: If good steaks, a sports bar, and lots of friendly customers and staff enjoying themselves in a cozy atmosphere, is what might float your boat, GO FOR IT!

This was a nice clean Kroger location conveniently located off 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway in Carrollton. They had the meat sales I was looking for. Cleaner than other Kroger locations. Aisles didn't seem quite as crowded as other locations also.
