I believe her name is Sarah. She saved my evening!! Lost the keys to my unit, after proving I am me lol like a champ she sawed off my old lock and I got a new one on!!! Moved a car full of stuff into my unit and moved on with life! Thank you so much for helping my absent minded self out!!! Great place to store your stuff over here at the Oakpoint location!

I, unfortunately, was presented with a personal situation where I needed to move and needed storage…fast! I called Yellow Door and Kevin helped me secure a clean unit the same day. He was wonderful to work with and walked me through every step of the process from start to finish. They even sell boxes, tape, and bubble wrap which was necessary for my move. I can’t recommend them enough – call and ask for Kevin, he’ll ensure you receive the best service.

Mrs Jasmine was GREAT! Super friendly and informative on helping pick out the right size unit. She went through the entire process. Love that lady, made me feel like family 😃

Just got a unit here at the newly opened Oak Point location. Been looking forward to it opening so I could make some extra space in my house and garage.

Jasmine was very friendly and helpful with getting me all set up with a unit that fit my needs. No high pressure sales trying to get me to get a more expensive unit which I’ve had at other storage facilities. She also didn’t try to take my money and kick me out the door.

All around great experience!!!
