ENTTEX

Last week, Dr. Peiffer and team performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, trusting someone to take care of your little one is quite a challenge. That said, I cannot recommend ENTTEX enough. Everyone at the office was so kind and responsive and made us feel as comfortable as possible.

As soon as we got to the pre-op area, she was given a teddy bear and some medication to help her relax. All of the providers and nurses came to introduce themselves and explain their role in the procedure. Dr. Peiffer checked on her after the surgery and told her that she was so brave. The post-op nurse was excellent; she organized having the prescriptions delivered to our home so I wouldn't have to leave the house. We left with a ton of information about what to expect in the coming week or two and several helpful tips to make this easier for our daughter. A few days after the surgery, we got a card in the mail, signed by everyone who cared for her. It's the small things that make a big difference.

I hope we don't have another ENT issue anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to come back!
