Fresh, made-to-order chicken fingers. Honey Mustard is some of the best I’ve tasted. No Stank here.
Fairly new place. Great food. Great service. Would of given 5 stars however the dining area was not clean and there wasn't a single customer in the whole time we ate so someone could have been out there at the very least wiping down the tables
This was my first time at Layne's. I really enjoyed it. If you like Cane's Chicken you will love Layne's I actually thought it was better than Cane's. Chicken was juicy, tender, and delicious. Sauce was on point. Only real difference was they don't give you the side of coleslaw, but seriously does anyone even eat that?
Layne's is new to the Fort Worth area, although older, it is basically a direct competitor with Raising Canes.
Fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast comes standard with a finger plate. The breading was light, similar to Canes. After one visit it seems about equal to Raising Canes.
Overall it was an enjoyable meal! For where I live, the Roanoke location is way too far out of the way with many Canes location in between. I wouldn't head out there just for Layne's, but if I am in the area it is a nice stop.
I would definitely go there again.
