Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the family owned atmosphere.

Had an employee come to look at the job to provide a bid. He said he would provide the bid the next day since it was a simple job. (12 1/2 foot loft railing) He never provided the bid. It’s sad when you try to use local folks but the just let you down.

Update: I had a returned call and the gentleman apologized numerous times for the company not getting back with me. It even offered a discount. It was nice he tried to make it right.

They installed a new stairway of wood with metal baristers. Looks great and they finished in 1 day. Pricing was comparable to other quotes I received (average pricing)

We recently purchased appliances for our new home. Unfortunately the oven was larger than the cabinet. Having my heart set on that oven, I called Latham to see what could be done. They sent Chris he told us that we would need a new cabinet. Which is what we expected. We also have Ash wood cabinets and that wood is no longer available. They recommended maple and WOW what an amazing match. The craftsmanship is way above standard the attention to detail was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.
