  Jovan without a doubt has been one of my favorite people to train with. He took on a group of FIVE females (yes, bless his heart)! And from day one has been completely hands on, not only with us as a group, but also one-on-one! He switches up workouts everyday to where you feel like you’re really targeting every part of your body! Not to mention, GREAT personality; funny, optimistic, & upbeat every time. Love the mix of all over training and boxing at the same time!

  Jovan is an excellent motivator and coach. He provides challenge and motivation, while also being able to modify exercises for individuals. He uses humor and words of encouragement to help you reach fitness goals and knows a ton about nutrition. He's awesome!!

  Jovan is amazing! I started working out with him initially to get ready for my wedding and after 6 months of working out with him, I was exactly where I wanted to be on my wedding day. Jovan truly cares about his clients. He starts with a client discovery meeting where he learns about your motivations, your struggles and your ultimate goals. Then once you start training with him your goals become his goals and you become a part of a community.   I love working out with Jovan! He has been the first trainer that I have stuck with! I have been training with him for almost two years now and I have noticed a difference in myself physically and mentally. I look forward to working out with him. He keeps it interesting with some boxing, weights, cardio, etc. I am trying something new and pushing myself every week. He is seriously the NICEST guy and wants the best for you! I couldn't ask for a better trainer! I would totally recommend him!!

  I have been working out with Jovan for two weeks and it has been a great experience! He listens to all my concerns and addresses any questions I might have with suggestions. He is very motivating and changes up our work-outs to keep things interesting. I am well on my way to weight loss and better health :)
