Had a very quick and efficient visit. The provider was very thorough and listened to my concerns. My only issue was waiting approximately 35 minutes between seeing the provider and being given my discharge papers. When I followed up with the front receptionist, I was given a dismissive response and told to continue to wait. The provider apologized for their lack of willingness to assist and promptly ensured I received my discharge papers.

I was impressed with how organized this place was, and clean. I checked in and went back home while waiting for them to call me when they were ready for me. After I got the call I was seen very soon after arriving. The doctors and nurses were all polite and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

I walked in today to get a steroid shot for poison ivy. There were 22 people in front of me. They said it would be a long wait. I left to do errands and wait for their call. Finally, I was told, if I came in before they “closed” at 8:00 I would be seen that night. I got my shot by 9:45pm. Who stays that late to help people anymore. Very impressed and thankful. My own doctor would not work me in!
