  Randall Sims was the specialist who came to help with our oven, which wasn't heating up. He was quickly able to assess the issue and fix it accordingly. Randall was professional, very kind, and super respectful. He even gave us additional tips on other appliances - things I had no idea of and will be mindful of moving forward. Such a great experience!

  Randall Sims is an outstanding representative for Guinco!!!! He has a warm spirit. He was knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. He made sure that I understood and could operate functions on my refrigerator. I wish Guinco could dispatch Randall Sims each time I need help. He deserves praises and a raise for his amazing service!

  Alicia in the call center was awesome. Able to answer all my questions and help me understand where charges come from. For each visit, they follow the Appliance Blue Book for pricing quotes.
  
  Justin, my technician, was equally awesome. Was able to identify the problem quickly. Unfortunately, but fortunately for me, he did not have the part. I was able to purchase the part elsewhere and do the repair on my own. The follow up from the initial $130 diagnostic visit would have been 158 and some change as to where the part I purchased was $25 and took 15 minutes to replace. Had it been a larger job, I would have kept my follow up appointment.
  
  All around, stand up staff and excellent company. I'll definitely be calling again if I need future services.

  Charles was great. He was ahead of schedule which helped us tremendously! He was very helpful, clearly had good experience and was able to fix our issue without any problem. He provided a clear explanation of the issue and provided advice on how to avoid in the future. Thanks Charles! One week without a dishwasher was enough for me!

  Heard about how good the cheesecake there was and wanted to give it a try. I definitely was not disappointed. The Oreo cheesecake was the absolutely BEST I’ve ever tasted.

  Really good restaurant, very good Italian food. I got the 19 crimes red wine and the Don pizza, very Authentic food super good ingredients. My server name was Danny, he new exactly what he was talking about and made some very good suggestions. Very glad I came here to day !!

  This place is GANGSTER! From the Bruschetta Trio app to the recommended Mille Gradi wine and The Don- meaty pizza pie, this place did NOT disappoint. Our server was top notch and the atmosphere was both intimate in the corners and more casual in the open. Nice place for a date night, or for a beer and a pie with buddies like i did ( i had wine????), taking note. I will be back! Enjoy friends!

  After the movies, naturally comes a pizza stop ,so it was time to try Grimaldis. I had heard so much about it . I first ordered my beer, draft double chocolate craft beer. It was impressive, a great choice to go with "the Don " pizza an 18 inch full of meats -pepperoni, Italian sausage, and beef. So delicious. The wait staff was attentive. More than one person was waiting on us. The dining experience was totally first rate. A little pricey but worth it. Can hardly wait to go again. ????

  This is the best pizza I have ever eaten. It is thin and the cheese is amazing. All the ingredients are fresh and the customer service is great. Banana and coconut caramel cheesecake are yummy ????. It is a great place with amazing food. It is a must visit place for delicious pizza.
