  From making my appointment, check in seeing the doctor and selecting my glasses to checking out. I could not have asked for the kind of service I received. Your kindness and professionalism that I received. 56 and now I have to wear glasses for the first time in my life. Karina thank you for your help and kindness.

  Great service!! Had an appointment today and was seen right away. Got my contacts and Sonia walked me through picking out the perfect glasses. Great personality I would definitely recommend her to my friends! Oh and to the wonderful Nonia you ladies definitely make it worth coming to this location. Keep up the great customer service, more places need employees like you!

  Stanton Optical was very good with assisting us in picking the right glass frame. Specifically Sonia was a great help and steered us in the right direction to select the best frame for my daughter. She explained my plan in great detail and went over what my insurance would cover. Great customer service by Sonia and Stanton Optical! Thank you Sonia!

  The heroes of the day! After calling and or visiting many different shops and greeted with varying degrees of helpfulness, Nancy exceeded every possible facet of a professional and courteous Associate at Stanton Optical. Every person at Stanton we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly.
  
  Nancy answered all of my questions (I had many), easily explained various ways for me to get the services I requested (eye exam/cost plans/ insurance), and her approach to help my son get his first pair of glasses (he was stressing) was flawless. She demonstrated a complete understanding of his situation by handling it with appropriate, and most importantly, genuine concern.

  My mom suffered a fall on a Saturday and when she fell on the pavement her glasses scratched to the point where she could not see through them. We went to her former optical and they were not going to be able el help her until Tuesday. My mom is a teacher and works on assignments over the weekend for Monday’s virtual classes. She was devastated. I drove her to Stanton Optical at the fountains. Wow! What a difference. Jonathan demonstrated empathy and was able to set her up with the Dr. for an exam. We then went to select my moms glasses and that’s were we were introduced to Miss Nancy. She was very respectful, asked questions to my mom and we were both impressed with her ability to help us and the many other customers in the store. She was thorough with the paperwork and in the 2 weeks, we were able to pick up my moms prescription. It started with Jonathan setting the pace and handing us off to Nancy. Thank you both for showing how much you care for your customers and for making this an easy transition for my mom. She was and is very pleased. We will definitely be your customers for time to come.
