    Working with Sophie and Yasser has been a pleasure and one of the easiest processes I've had in decorating my new home. I was unsure on the kind of window treatments I wanted, but after meeting with Sophie and given her detailed explanation on the type of shades available and what would work best in my home -- I was excited and eager to have them customize my order for me. The process was quick and easy and best of all --- worked just as they had explained. The final product was installed this week and my windows look perfect. Thanks to Sophie and Yasser for their wonderful service and and my beautiful looking windows! I highly recommend Gotcha Covered for all your window treatment needs!

    Everything went according to plan. The team worked professionally. They were kind. They cleaned up as if nothing happened. I cant imagine it going smoother. Additionally, the final product is exactly what we asked for! It works perfectly. Pretty amazing service and accomplishment

    Although we waited for a bit over a month, we finally got our blinds and are satisfied with them. What I LOVE the most is the AMAZING customer service. We had a concern and they didn’t hesitate in answering and coming by to take care of it. That meant a lot to us because they made us feel like our business mattered and that their product is top quality. I recommend gotcha covered El Paso. ❤️❤️

    We had a great experience with Gotcha Covered. We wanted blinds for our big windows and the owner itself came to our house and recommended styles and colors. We are more than pleased with the time frame it took to have them ready and with the price! We recommended them 100%
