  The only complaint I have is the attendance policy. They require a 24hour notice for an absence but you can only call between 10-1 on the day OF that you want to do the make up. Isn’t more notice better than the day of? And if you miss the THREE HOUR window to call them they won’t let you book. If I know a week in advance that I’m going to miss a class but I can make another class I have to wait until THAT DAY to call. I should be able to cancel the same day then.

  My 2 year old has so much fun. Most, not all, but most instructors do a wonderful job and keep an ok pace. We've only had one instructor that kept a fantastic pace so that the kids could actually enjoy the activity. We had one pair who didn't even let every kid go down the slide and were honestly terrible, but we only had them once. The other half dozen times it was great. The pool is usually warmed too.

  If your looking for a great place that teaches swimming you found the right place! My kiddo loves it there. Staff is very nice!!

  The wait times are not long at all. They check your temperature right when you walk in and the staff is very helpful. Dr.Longoria is a great doctor, he is the first doctor that knew how to help me with my endometriosis and made an actual effort to go deeper than the surface. Him and his staff are very helpful and friendly and know what they’re doing as well as how to treat each need of their patients individually.

  I love the environment everyone is so nice. Highly recommend Dr. Longoria he’s sweet and friendly would not change him for anybody else!

  I was extremely nervous since it was my first time ever being at a gynecologist but Dr. Longoria made me feel completely comfortable. The staff are amazing and helpful! So much better than most places, they help you in a very nice manner and make sure to attend you as quick as possible.

  He was amazing from day one. I have been with him since 2018 and ever since I ALWAYS recommend him. I actually have a couple of my best friends whom are now also his patients. He listens, explains, and cares. I was in search of a new OB after mine retired. I was scared and worried I would never find another OB whom I would feel comfortable with. The few I did see before him were horrible experiences. I am very happy I found you Dr. Longoria. I’m sure you must hear this often but thank you for all that you do and the way you do it. Continue to do so because you are amazing at it. I am so happy to have you as my doctor. How can I forget front office staff, they are amazing as well.

  Longoria was extremely patient and provided me all the details that impacted me as a first time mom. I was very passionate about having my son naturally and Longoria did everything he could to help make that possible. Appointments were almost always timely which was a huge plus for this working mom. Every appointment was also very personal; I never felt lost in the crowd. Also, the staff is very pleasant! Everything about this entire experience has been great!!

  Great place! I used to work there and loved how the company cares about each swimmer by the way they go out of their way to invest in each swimmer. Each staff member cares about each swimmer and their family. Nitro is an experience and is more then being your "basic" swim school. This is shown by the time and effort the staff gives to each swimmer. Nitro is one big family and a great place to learn how to swim!

  AMAZING staff, and VERY good at what they do!! My daughter has been other places, and never seemed to catch on to swimming. Within the first month at Nitro she was swimming on her own! Thank you Nitro!! You guys are the Best!
