Trisun Care Center - Northeast El Paso [Senior Care Centers]

I have been at Trisun Care since November 1 recovering from a severe reaction to prostate cancer which was diagnosed at a local hospital. I was transferred here for medical support and rehabilitation assistance with occupational and physical therapy due to the intense pain caused by the disease.

I have received excellent care from the day I arrived. All of the staff members who have worked with me have been courteous, professional, and most of all genuinely concerned and caring about my welfare. Many of them have gone above and beyond the minimum effort required by their job in order to help ease my recovery. All of my questions about my care have been answered clearly and professionally. The meals are well prepared and provide varied healthy choices.

In conclusion I believe I wouldn't have been treated better at any other facility in El Paso. I have made great progress with my recovery and rehabilitation and the excellent people who have worked with me are largely responsible. Thank you!

I have been in Trisun Care Center for a total of 111 days today. Since the first day the care was really good. Every day I was here all the staff was attentive and patient with my care. I highly recommend this center and assure you that you will feel like home. I leave a little sad because I am leaving a family behind. I will go back home with my family but I really appreciate everyone here and their help. I enjoyed having good experiences here and meeting great people. God bless all that work at the center, and wish for them to continue doing a great job as they did with me. Before saying good bye, I will again want to state I highly recommend this facility.

To those who have a bad word to say about Trisun, I came here not able to walk, feed myself, or even pick my own nose when I had an itch. I've been here for 6 weeks and now I can walk, feed myself, and scratch that itch in my nose. I had become so weak and had already given up. The first day I got here I was given a new hope. I have talked to many people in the last 6 weeks and 95% of people had great things to say about the facility. The other 5% were people who gave up. Everybody, no matter what they do, aren't perfect. Every company makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. So you will always find one mishap but that is like having one bad apple in a bunch. I highly recommend this place. Everyone here from the doctors to the housekeeping staff are absolutely fabulous. To highlight some of good experiences- therapy was an inspiration to find hope where I had none, food was good, the facility is clean and hygienic, nursing staff was excellent and put my needs at priority. Everyone who works here has a good and positive attitude day in and day out. They truly gave me hope and I can't say that enough. On this day that I am leaving, I am proudly able to walk out of here happy and healthy. And I believe so many other people can say the same. It is unfortunate and unfair that others feel they had a negative experience here. They gave me life back. I am grateful.

I have been a patient here at Trisun for close to a month and have receive wonderful care by the nurses and especially all the hard working CNA. I read below some of the negative remarks and could not believe they were talking about the same place.
Trisun is a very beautiful and well kept center. It is clean and smells very nice.
I look forward to the meals because they are so tasty.
By far the best part of Trisun is the Physical Therapy department. They have some of the most dedicated Therapists. I love going to PT and OT gym because the atmosphere is so positive. I can't believe how much progress I have made since entering Trisun. Take it from me who has been in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation facilities this has been the best experience for me.
