Loving and positive space. My grandmother is living here and she is happy and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help!

My grandfather was placed here for a few months and the service and care that the workers there provided was great. All activities that my grandfather was able to participate in were very interactive w all residents. My grandfather was very well taken care of and I would definitely trust this place to bring back my loved ones for good care.

It isn't fancy, but very homey. The staff have been shorthanded, but they really get to know their patients likes and dislikes and are given as much freedom and independence as possible. The rehab unit is one of the best. Dietary makes up some good meals, no matter what kind of diet you're on. Franklin Heights was rated in the TopTen Nursing Homes in Texas for 5-years in a row.
