Ricky was the staff member who helped me out and was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He exemplifies a high standard of professionalism and care, and should be viewed as a high-valued asset to this MedPost Urgent Care facility. Thanks again!

(July 13, 2020, 9:27 am)Wanted to get tested for Covid 19 , An this location is a little out of my way. However the Viscount MedPost location that Is closer to me, difference between these two locations was night and day. The Viscount MedPost location was not willing to help, and seemed bothered the time I went in. However the Cimaron MedPost location was FANTASTIC! Beginning with the gentleman at the front desk greeting me and helping me sign in. To Ricky the nurse, who was kind , Courteous & professional. On my visit I did not talk to the Doctor, which would’ve been nice to have a chit chat about my visit. Results take approximate 7-10 business days. My overall experience was GREAT! Thank you (:

(July 10, 2020, 1:50 pm)I went to MedPost to get tested for COVID-19. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very organized and kind to everyone that came in. The person doing the testing was gentle . I had been worried for nothing. Discomfort was about a 4 out of 10. Overall, a positive experience.
