(February 12, 2020, 1:17 am)I have to say, I got 3 different quotes for shutters and not only was Loya’s the most affordable but they were the most professional during presentation. He went over every option I had and brought samples and was very thorough. I was impressed already and then when my shutters were ready in 2-1/2 weeks I was floored! The installation was smooth and the guys were professional and didn’t mind that I was following them around watching them. I don’t know about the customer service yet but so far they get 5 stars. I highly recommend them.
