    Very friendly staff, they are all very professional but also know how to make it fun for you. I love the motivation that everyone gives you, and most of all I love the no judgment feeling. I’ve been a member since August of 2021 and plan to be there for a long time. Check them out I 100% recommend them.

    Very difficult program, just the challenge I was looking for. I love the fact that it’s a woman only gym and the one male trainer is not creepy. The trainers are sweet, encouraging, and motivating without shaming or scaring you. I went in under a free trial and had a blast. The other women there were going so hard and were practically glowing, it was empowering to be a part of it.

    I love how every trainer is with you every step of the way! I have seen a lot of changes in myself both physically and mentally! I end up feeling great after each session. I love how it's not only about working your body, but they also train your mind. Consistency is they key and they help you a lot in your journey. If you are ready to change for good, prepare yourself and join me and the rest who are ready to see that change!!!!!💪😎 Hot girl summer here we come!!!
