Although I was only there for a couple of months, I genuinely enjoyed my experience here. Saulo is someone with a big heart and he takes pride in what he does. If you are looking for a trainer, an EDUCATED one who actually has knowledge of the exercise and the human body, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him. The workouts were challenging but always within my capabilities, and he taught me to believe in my own strength, as I was new to weight training when I first went to him. He was always observant in correcting my form and teaching me the correct way to do things, even in providing modifications if something caused me pain or aggravated my old injury. I always felt like his gym was a safe place, and there is where I found my love for weight training and living a healthier lifestyle. Big thanks to him for all that he taught me, he really left a big impact on me—Saulo, thank you.

Best place to work out, the owner is by far the definition of (love what you do for a living and you'll never work one day in you're life). The owner and his associate Raul are by far the best at what they do. You get good training at a reasonable price, you get personal diets made to you're necesites. In addition to such services you get 24/7 consultation on how you feel and recommendations on how to recover after a good session of bettering you're self physically and mentally. Hints the name smart muscle. Come and get your new you, you're better you come and join the family of over 100 clients that made the change and joined the journey of a better them.

Saulo is the best trainer out there! He provides a personalized meal plan and workout designed for your goals. I can’t workout on my own at other gyms after training with him because I just don’t feel the same effect as I do with the workouts he makes me do. He doesn’t just see you as another number he’s always making sure you’re accountable with your goals and he makes sure you’re mentally okay! Awesome trainer and even better human being! 100% recommended!!!

If you are looking for a new gym, this is the place to go. This gym is fully equipped and overall and amazing place to workout. The environment is super friendly and inviting especially to new people. The trainers Saulo and Raul are incredible and super helpful. They are both so encouraging and work with you closely to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout in the best and safest way. I feel very comfortable working out here knowing someone is always looking out for me. Not only do you get amazing workout routines and meal plans but you also get to build lasting friendships with everyone there. At first I was scared to start my fitness life but I found a great place that made it possible. If you follow your trainers advice you see immediate changes to your body and to your confidence immediately. They are always working tirelessly to make sure you are improving. There isn’t a better place to workout or better trainers out there. 10/10 experience altogether.

Smart muscle is a great gym and environment to work out in! SAULO is a great trainer! He really cares about his clients and make sure they are taking full advantage of the workouts! He is very knowledgeable and always pushing you to do better and lift heavier! I have seen such a great change in my body since I started with SAULO! I def. Recommend this gym to everyone!
