UCare Urgent Care in El Paso, TX

I would like to thank UCare and the provider that saw me tonight. I walked in, was greeted had my info taken and was walked back within 5 minutes. Waited in the exam room for less that 5 minutes for the provider. She quickly performed a focused assessment, ordered diagnostics and had an answer within 15 minutes. After sent RX to pharmacy and provided with appropriate documentation for work. Great service, coming from a fellow clinician! Thanks again.

This office works so efficiently. From the registration process to seeing the doctors was less than one hour 1/2. I expected to wait longer as I went in on a walk-in basis not to mention it was a busy day. I was a first time patient and was impressed with their registration process which I completed directly from my phone. This definitely saved so much time and allowed the staff and doctors to spend time seeing patients instead of having to wait for patients to fill out all those forms on paper. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy and by the time I showed up at the pharmacy which is extremely close they were ready. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I come to this urgent care for myself and my kids time and time again. The nurse practitioners here are wonderful, thoughtful, and very professional. They always listen to all my concerns tentatively. They are also one of the fastest urgent cares I have ever been too. I always make an appointment on the website and I never have a long wait with that! Today both my kids got seen by the nurse practitioner on site and he was quick and effective with my one year old who hates the doctors. Great, polite staff, and one of the cleanest Urgent Care facilities I have been at here in El Paso. Highly recommend!
