the staff were Amazing!! Amber and Abby have the knowledge and take the time to help you find what you need and if they dont have it, they are sure to find it for you. This is by far the cleanest cosmoprof we have ever been to. Well stocked, a hidden gem, and we go to fayetteville, southern pines and Aberdeen regularly for Paul Mitchell Product. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this store. Very friendly staff, very accommodating, super personable. I don’t understand the comment about the staff being rude. Never experienced anything like that from anyone employed at that store ever and I am there 3 times a week. The only way I could see if someone was treated differently was if they were not a licensed professional and got upset because you aren’t allowed to come in unless you are. Some people get upset about it but those are the rules.
