Excellent customer service! Vicky was very professional and helpful over the phone, as I had plenty of questions about my claim. Progressive Insurance had informed me that I would be picking up my rental car at the body shop, but Vicky clarified the entire process and had me transported to Enterprise to pick up my vehicle.
When I met with Vicky in person the customer service and explanation of the entire process was very helpful and informative.
My vehicle was repaired promptly and the end result of the body work was incredible.
