My insurance company provided inaccurate pre-approval info resulting in hours of wasted time. The staff at Prime worked through it, got everything needed and completed my exam. All of the staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the requirements.
I would both recommend and use Prime Diagnostic Imaging again.

I had a very good experience, I arrived before my appointment time, I had to drive from my office in Dallas and it didn't take as long as I thought. So I was there before 3;00, my appointment was at 3:15. I no longer set when they called me back. I was in and out before my appointment time. They were all so very nice to me, made me feel at ease. Great experience

I went in for a CT scan and everyone was so Kind! I had to drink 2 drinks before CT scan an hour apart each and then was seen right away after. Also much better price compared to what I would have paid at the hospital.
