James Kate Construction worked with us and our insurance company in a smooth, easy, and professional way. Mike, our sales guy, was punctual, friendly, and helpful. Everything that was done at our house -gutters and roof -was done quicker than expected and the clean up with perfect. I highly recommend this business.

I got lucky when I called James Kate Construction to do repairs on my roof. I sold a rental home and the inspection showed that I needed repairs on the roof. Unfortunately I live out of state and flew in but would only be there for 3 days. I called on the first day late in the afternoon, explained my situation and they said someone would be out the next morning. Bryan showed up early the next morning as scheduled, looked at the roof and gave me a really competitive price. The problem is that I wanted it completed before I left and asked if he could do it the next day. Given the situation he said he would get out early before the other jobs scheduled so that could happen.
He showed early, did a great job and was finished that afternoon as promised. We hit it off so good (he is a super nice guy) that I invited him to stay at my house if he was every in CA.
I can't recommend this company more. There isn't anything another company could have done that would have been better than the service and quality they provided.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Our sales manager, Isaac Price, was truly amazing throughout the entire process. He fought hard for us with the insurance company to get what we deserved and work with me ok the pricing. The roofing team did an amazing job and finished our entire roof in just one day while I watched my neighbors with another company take multiple days! This is a great company and I will be referring them to all my neighbors.

James Kate Construction was wonderful to work with and did a superb job. Bryan was my project manager and he bent over backwards to make everything go smoothly. Due to a hail storm I needed to replace my roof, gutters, trim work and had fence repairs. Bryan came out and marked all the damage and answered all my many questions. He even came out on the morning of his wedding when the insurance inspectors were due. What dedication. He handled all the logistics of getting the job done, worked with my insurance, and kept me informed. I could get a hold of him anytime through text or phone. I would definitely recommend this company and Bryan. Total satisfaction with a job well done.

Working with James Kate Construction was a great experience. I had tons of questions and concerns from the time we first called them to completion of the project and Isaac could not have been more patient or informative. He was always completely honest. The process moved quickly and was very straightforward. I was always kept in the loop about what exactly was going on. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful and even gets compliments from neighbors.
