  Lobo Electric has done their electrical work for their barndominum that they plan to sell fireworks out of and they refuse to pay their bill of $10,579.00.
  They were given a discounted price and still cant pay their bill.
  Rough in was completed.
  The ONLY thing not completed was Exhaust fan, they were not installed because they were never brought to the job site. Which we were willing to take that off the bill (which cost close to nothing). But they refused to let us back on site when they did "purchase" them to complete this.
  They will also say they dont have power....
  But we werent hired to do the trim out. Only the rough in. It is illegal and against the NEC code to turn on power with exposed wires.
  
  They refuse to pay a dime.
  
  Our original quote for scope of work was a little over $6,000.
  Then they added on
  -lights on the stairs
  -additional cameras inside
  -redesigned the bathroom layout (after we already wired it, so we had to rewire)
  -switch location of ice maker and sink (after we already wired it)
  -change garage door opener to new location (after we already wired it in)
  -added light upstairs to bathroom
  -added additional lights for warehouse
  -added a 3way and 4way switch for warehouse lights
  -as of 10/9/23 framing was still not complete so we could not put boxes for 2 receptacles a smoke detector.
  
  Verbal agreement for add ons was $250/per guy/per day.
  
  They paid $5,000 total. And that was only for the original agreement of $6,000 so they are still short $1,000 on that plus the change order amount of $10,579.
  
  We are in the process of filing a police report for theft of services and filing a report with the fraud department as we have on video them trying to commit insurance fraud and get more money from their insurance. (We record on every job site and they just happen to be talking about it in the background on one of our videos)
  
  Ive got all my paper work, receipts, pictures and videos
  We worked out butts off staying late and even on Sunday when we don't work to complete this for them. And they wont pay a single penny!!!!!!!!
  
  Know who your buying from!!!!! Plenty of fire work stands elsewhere!!!!
