Walmart Vision & Glasses

Mariah made my day by helping me out with a pair of broken frames. She was lightning fast, knowledgeable, and very kind!

I went in today & was immediately greeted by Renee Allen. Renee showed me all of the men’s frames and took EXCELLENT care of me and explained everything about my prescription and new frames.
I do not understand in today’s world why everyone cannot be as cheerful and extremely helpful to customers as Renee was to me.

I will definitely be a returning customer to this Walmart in Midlothian,Texas.

There are not enough nice things I could say to about my visit to this vision center. Rachel and Mariah are simply the greatest! They took time and effort to make sure that my needs were met. I left with what I believe is the BEST pair of glasses, a pair of blue light glasses for when I wear my contacts and a REALLy cute case. I have to say this is by far the best experience at a vision center I have had in the last 10+ years. They listened to what my likes and dislikes were, they gave me honest opinions on my choice of frames and the entire time completely friendly, polite, and professional. If you want to get your money's worth go see Rachel and Mariah!
I have been going to Dr. Gardner for the last 6 years and she is the best for eye exams and eye care. I leave knowing that she cares and wants to ensure I do what is right for my eyes.

Ms. Valarie provided excellent customer service as she assisted my mother with everything from the prescription, election of frames, as well as other items such as transition lenses. She was very professional and caring, she took a genuine interest to ensure that the process was seamless with a particular focus on customer needs and service. She is a real gem.

It's a cool place, was my first time as well. The optometrist, and lady who were doing the eye exam stuff, were very kind, and AWESOME! Rachel, the one helping place an order for my contacts, was great too, was very helpful with questions I may have had, and so much more. These guys love their jobs, to be giving customer service like they do :D
