Update to review below: It has been a few months since we purchased our home. We discovered that the title company made a mistake and did not catch the fact that this property is in a unique situation where it is taxed by 2 separate counties. I tried to deal with the situation myself and got nowhere. I reached out to Erica and she jumped right in and helped me resolve the situation which resulted in the title company paying out money for uncollected taxes during the purchase. I believe this would not have happened without Erica's assistance. She didn't try to pass the problem off to anyone else. She jumped in and fought that fight like a champ. She has proven herself time and again as not only a great person but a great realtor.
