  Great service and quality of units, but the price is higher.
  
  Edit: Upon closure of the rental, I have increased my rating. Wonderful, community-oriented people with excellent customer service.

  This is a very good self storage. They are always on top of things and helpful. Today I had to upgrade my unit to a larger one and not only did it only take 10 minutes for the paperwork but they showed me the larger one to make sure that it was big enough. They then told me that I have a day or two to move my stuff in the units instead of demanding it was done immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice folks!! The storage is clean as a whistle, I rarely even see a cricket. Whenever I have to stop by my unit, I always see the owner out on the property doing some kind of work for the betterment of the property. This past Christmas they opened their office and hosted a package wrapping station. They supplied EVERYTHING! And, they opened it to the community whether you rented a storage unit or not. That should tell you right there what kind of business they are running...Top Notch!

  Great facility and great management. I have rented in two locations, Lancaster and Red Oak and facility and management are equal in both locations. On line bill payment doesn't always work but you can pay by phone. Also, they do not allow use of their dumpsters. I would be happy to pay a fee per use.
