Google reviews are typically for rating the quality of one's experience using a service. To be clear I've only watched their YouTube channel and enjoyed their build journeys, but I noticed TBC getting review bombed and decided to drop a word or two. People today more than ever are very quick to utterly tarnish a business online for little of nothing and it's sad. I understand one could argue that being unable to contact a business etc. constitutes "using the service", it it really doesn't and many underlying circumstances can be in play. Wrong number unintentionally provided or what not. My wife and I intend on eventually going the barndo route which lead us to TBC's videos which we've enjoyed. Until I speak with them and experience the process first hand I will rate based on their YouTube presence.
