I needed help finding a repair shop that was going to help me out with all my 15 year plus older vehicles. I happen to find this one through word of mouth. And good thing I did. Every repair they’ve done on all my vehicles have been performed very well. They keep me updated if my old cars happen to need more repairs. And send me pictures of the conditions of my vehicles while they’re servicing them. So I know what I’m getting into. They’re very transparent with me on all my vehicles’ repairs and services. And I will continue to take all my vehicles to them in the future.

I first came across JC Automotive through a friend, but as a single female I am always very apprehensive about repair shops in general - I don't want to be taken advantage of or over charged. My first interaction at the shop was with Javier, he responds to text messages and phone calls immediately, which put my mind at ease. He was very upfront about charges and even went out of his way to call my dad in California to further explain what was going on and to make sure that we knew we could trust him. I have had to bring my explorer in twice now for separate problems, and they were so quick about diagnosing the issue, getting me a quote, and the actual repairs. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy shop, these are your guys - Javier, Carlos, Lorenzo - every single mechanic in there is patient and helpful. They gave me all possible scenarios, gave me estimates for what to expect given each situation, and were just overall very easy to work with. As long as they are in business, I'll never take my car anywhere else.

I took my vehicle to JC automotive shop because it was was highly recommended by a friend. I now see why.

Quickly after arriving for my appointment Javier and his associate welcomed us and began working on diagnostics for my transmission problem immediately.

They did not try to upsell any products, parts or services I did not require.

I felt they were an honest shop to do business with and would recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable automotive technicians to perform repairs.

From learning most of what I know about vehicles from these guys, and watching these dudes work non stop I can say they are top of the line. Fast, efficient, and quality work at its best. Rather it’s issues with payments, or figuring out a problem, they put the time and effort in to make it all fit the customers satisfaction.
