AT&T Store

I went to this location today and switch my 2 lines to AT&T . Before I did go there I made a phone call and I spoke with a gentleman on the phone he verified everything with me soon as I got to a store I did met with him. His name Fred wood, mr. Wood was very helpful and professional and courteous, I want to thank him for his service he provide to me and my wife. Warm regards

I’ve only been here twice but customer service on the phone had to tell the worker what to do. Other than that the store looks fine. I think overall Nothing is wrong with the place or the workers

My mother passed 2 days ago. Fred helped me figure out the best way to handle her account. And then helped me figure out how to best handle getting my dad a new phone added to my account. He told me who to call to handle her internet account and her streaming account. I left with a few less things to have to deal with. Thank you, Fred.

I had an awesome experience at this store on March 3, 2021. My associate was Clarence and he was so patient and helpful with my family and myself. From the time I walked in the front door with the gracious greeting from the associates to the waiting area the experience was so exceptional. The level of maturity of the associates as well as the store manager was simply impeccable. I would highly recommend AT&T to any and everyone that I know. I do apologize for not remembering the store manager name, but he deserves kudos for how well his staff is trained and the maturity level that they uphold. I was previously a Sprint now T- Mobile customer, and I wished I would have switched my services before now.
