  I'm sure there's some of you who are going out of your mind trying to get somebody you love on Medicaid and into a caring nursing home. I had never dealt with Medicaid or anything of the like. Too much information found on the internet too many people to call who do I call first. I suggest Hale law firm. Debbie Jones in particular. With their help I was able to navigate Medicaid and get Dad safely put into the care of the loving nursing home. Without their help I would never have gotten there. It is good to know that there are caring people out there who really are professional and know their job. Kudos to Debbie and Hale law firm.

  Since 2019 I have had the pleasure of working with “The Hale Law Firm” interacting with Mr. John Hale and his excellent staff on various initiatives relating to our Family Trust Documents, including a Durable Power of Attorney for both my wife and myself, ensuring a life estate for our property and Long Term Care Planning for my wife. These efforts were extensive, complicated and time consuming, however, during the process the guidance provided by Mr. Hale was specific to both the law and the process to be undertaken and his staff worked with care and diligence to address each facet while ensuring that I was consistently advised regarding their progress or needs.   Everyone I had the opportunity to work with at The Hale Law Firm was so helpful, patient and kind. All I had to do was provide a few documents and they did all the work. They made the process very easy. I will definitely work through them if I ever need elder law help again.

They handled our Nursing Home/Rehabilitation need in a VERY TIMELY MANNER.
