(October 2, 2020, 8:38 pm)Very pleased! My salesman is Boyd and he was EXTREMELY patient with me. I was a Chevy guy and had no idea about all the options available on the Dodge. He walked me through all of the options answering my numerous questions. He is very knowledgeable and willing to spend all the time needed to make me feel at ease.
In addition, the General Sales Manager came in on my first visit and my last visit taking time to greet me and discuss my situation. He is very friendly and a people person.
Overall, I have been extremely pleased with my buying experience and look forward to my specially ordered pickup arriving. -

At first, I was extremely upset that the extended warranty I purchased was not going to work the way I had been led to believe. After talking with Mike House in Finance, he corrected the issue!😁👍 I am extremely grateful! He didn't have to do that, but he is committed to excellent customer service and he delivered!!!
