(April 6, 2019, 4:06 pm)Jay's a valuable team member. It may be odd to call an insurance agent a team member but as a home, auto and life owner I must set up a team to manage elements of each area.
For years now Jay has advised, coached, and counseled me in making the best decisions for my situation, not his. He has frequently advised options that didn't offer as much profit for him because they were a higher value for me.
That's a team member I like to have in my corner. -

Jay and his staff have always taken a consultation approach to our insurance needs. Over the years they have been with us through a growing family, growing business, as well as the ups and downs. Jay and his staff have our complete trust and all of our insurance business.

He is genuinely interested in working with each of his clients to provide the services that best fit their needs - not necessarily what best benefits his office. This gives me confidence that I can rely on Jay to give it to me straight, and saves me the hassle and stress of digging around to make sure I am being treated fairly (common experience with insurance). Statefarm is not the cheapest insurance. But I would not want to have the cheapest, since you get what you pay for. And with Jay and Statefarm, you get so much more. Thank you, Jay!

Whenever we habe needed anything, he has always taken care for us. He has had my car, health and business insurance. He is like family member for us. I highly recommend him for insurance business. He knows what he I'd doing.

(August 2, 2018, 4:00 pm)Jay Moyer has been our State Farm Insurance agent for more years than I can currently count. He has always had me and my family's best interest at heart. Point and case- about 5 years ago Jay and I sat down for our yearly review to go over coverage. House looked good, autos looked good but he had recommended that we increase our coverage on our flood insurance at that time. I had been buying flood insurance since we purchased our house back in 1993. He stated all the reasons why I should and from our past discussions I had no reason to doubt him. Fast forward to 2017 and Harvey hit. Sure enough we ended up using that flood insurance and we were fully covered. Had it not been for that conversation we would have been way under insured. Jay also showed up to help muck out our house, not to many people will do that, he's a very caring agent and now a good friend. Office staff( Heather and Dahlia) have accommodated our family in expediting so many things. Extremely efficient in their job. Do yourself a favor, if you are not satisfied with your current agent, call Jay and let him show you what true customer service looks like.
