  This place has great service! Jake was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for any runners trying to get some new gear.

  The service here is absolutely amazing! What I loved most was the machine that could analyze the dimensions of my feet, allowing me to find the perfect running shoe. Jake was very helpful and thoroughly explained all of the data to me. Thanks for a great experience!

  I was very impressed with the service we received at this store. We needed some help picking some running shoes and Jake was patient, helpful and seemed interested in making sure we ended up with the right pair. It did not feel that his motivation was to make a sale and that always helps in the selection process of an expensive pair of shoes feeling that you are the one picking the right pair for yourself, with some advice from someone more experienced but still focusing on your needs...

  Fleet Feet had been recommended so I decided to give them a try since the store where I had normally bought running shoes had closed down. When I first walked in the store a gentlemen started helping me which to be honest, I am not sure if he knew what he was really doing. I was a bit frustrated trying to select a pair of shoes as he could not answer some basic questions I had. He had to leave so another associate took over. That is when things changed! Daniel came to the rescue and was AMAZING!!!!! He quickly identified what I needed, watched as I walked on the treadmill, had me do some different physical tests and quickly found the PERFECT shoe! I had walked in the store with knee and ankle pain and by the next day all of the pain had left since I had the right pair of shoes! He not only is super friendly but really knows his stuff!!! What started out as a not so positive experience changed instantly with Daniel and I walked away a very very happy customer! He deserves 10 stars!

  Super appreciative of Aaron’s help! He measured my feet with the machine they have up front which gives every detail and measurement of each foot. Then he explained in depth the many different running shoes available. There was not one question that he could not answer whenever I asked him! Super helpful! He informed me that a running shoe should be a size up to allow cushion for your feet due to swelling during a work out. Then I ran on the treadmill to get a feel for the shoe. He also helped tie my shoes and just did an amazing job! Excellent service and very clean store. Will surely be buying my running shoes here from now on! Thank you????????
